ORACLE APEX: LOW CODE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGED BY USERS – OCTOBER 2021

Thanks to Oracle we had the opportunity to present FSDS, our solution developed in APEX, together with Tecnocassa Italia, a leading Company for cash registers supply.

FSDS - Field Service Digitization System is our framework to develop applications dedicated to digitize the activity of people working on field with the aim of substituting paper based information system with real time data transmission.

FSDS has been adapted to fully meet Tecnocassa Italia needs.  Our collaboration with Tecnocassa Italia started in 2020 during COVID pandemic.

FSDS verticalization was able to:

 

 

• better programming technicians activities ;
• optimize technical assistance;
• remove the need of compiling paper documents during technical interventions;
• update automatically ERP system;
• automatically send communications to customers.

"If" was created on behalf of Rosss S.p.A. an italian company

Rosss S.p.A designs, produces and manufactures metal shelving for warehouses, self-supporting archives.
